Returns & Printify Fulfillment

At MixedHaus, each item is crafted just for you through our Printify partner. Because of this made-to-order process, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, fit, or preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package with photos and details at hello@mixedhaus.co. We’ll partner with Printify to resolve the issue and offer you a refund or replacement.

In some cases, you may be asked to return the damaged or incorrect item to help us process the claim. We’ll provide detailed instructions if a return is needed.

Return Eligibility

Eligible returns must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or report an issue, contact us within 14 days at hello@mixedhaus.co. For approved returns, we will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products or collections marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes custom-made or personalized items. These will be clearly labeled in product descriptions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), or once Printify approves a claim, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get something new, please return your current item for a refund (if eligible), then place a new order.
